We emailed and left messages with a number of hot tub companies... Premium Wholesale was far above with excellent service. We spoke to a gentleman Orville who was so pleasant and looked into info for us and was the best.... We called the office and Cheryl who answers the phone (YES answers the phone) was just as pleasant and helpful.. WE would strongly recommend this company any time... Had my pool closed the other days by the Pool Store. Trevor and his partner did a very good job. They answered all my questions regarding the closing and solved all the problems that came along during the process of closing. I am recommending the team to anyone who is closing/opening the poll.
