November 27, 2020 was my first visit to this location. I would like to let the owners know that their location was one of the cleanest and organized store, with well stocked shelves. I have shopped at 4 other locations in Whitby/Ajax area and my shopping experience was very different. The floor was well staffed with friendly and helpful staff and the cashier was very friendly and pleasant. I live in Whitby but will definitely shop at this location again.

No Frills is my Go To store for everything. The staff are wonderful and very friendly ; however last week I was very disappointed. I realize the customer is 2 pack their own groceries and I did. I had approximately 12 - 15 items. I feel the young gentleman in this situation could have made an exception and assisted me. I had purchased a black square grocery bag so I wouldn’t need to use 2 plastic bags easier to carry. I have a broken arm and the young gentleman left and went to another. ?

I must applaud the team working at NO Frills (Harvard Road, Guelph) on Tuesday evening 29 December 2020 for assisting me in restarting my car in the bitter cold of -10 C. My car battery refused to work and I asked for help from the customer service. I love to shopping here , as we are locals and this store is great saving for us but today I was been treated rude by the cashier, the 12 pack of Dr Pepper with the sale tag was $2.47 but she checked in $5.47 so I pointed out she called someone bring the tag up while waiting for she said to another customer put the stuffs on the belt this lady has the issue with the rude impression, when the guy brought the tag up she said it was in the wrong place,I left it back no need to be rude

Yes, it is what it is called; wholesale. This is not a retail store for small quantities and is not geared for that. Many items can be purchased in small quantities too, but there is no express lane, as that is not what this outlet is for. Don’t expect it to be a convenience store, they never said it is one. It is a great place to buy supplies for parties or other large volume people feeding events.
We use this store a lot and plan to continue.

Since this pandemic has arrived , i have shopped at different grocery stores trying to find one i felt comfortable and safe in. I have shopped at No Frills before the pandemic but hadn’t been back since . Today I arrived @ 9:30 and was greeted by a very friendly security guard, inside the store the floors where clearly marked , most everyone where following the rules and if they didn’t they where reminded in a polite way, most of the items I wanted where there , check out was a breeze .

Fantastic! An excellent Fortinos Location. The staff is extremely helpful. The photo centre is phenomenal, I had the most wonderful experience getting my childrens baptism photos done here! I highly recommend this location for doing your photographs whether its for Easter, Christmas or any special occasion! From the moment I called to make the appointment I was greeted with such a pleasant person. I also got the baptism cake from here and it turned out so lovely. They customized it perfectly.
