I was very happy with the front staff and how nice they were to my puppy giving her treats for her first visit. My appointment however was at 1:40 and I didn't see the Vet till 2:30. I work so I need to know that if this is normal so I can schedule accordingly. Otherwise I like the staff and the Vet was good too.

I can't begin to praise this man enough. Prior to surgery I had second thoughts about going through with this operation. The constant pain while walking left me with no choice but to go ahead. It's now been 6 years and my knees still feel great. NO PAIN !! I enjoy getting up every morning feeling like a new person again. The receptionist was very rude upon arriving, but, once in Dr. Englands office, she could not have been more helpful; very proud of Dr. England. You will wait for a couple of hrs. so be prepared, but WORTH IT!
