November 27, 2020 was my first visit to this location. I would like to let the owners know that their location was one of the cleanest and organized store, with well stocked shelves. I have shopped at 4 other locations in Whitby/Ajax area and my shopping experience was very different. The floor was well staffed with friendly and helpful staff and the cashier was very friendly and pleasant. I live in Whitby but will definitely shop at this location again.

Most staff very interactive, friendly, helpful. owner not so much. I have worked in retail for many years and the ability to interact with the customer is utmost importance. I find stock is out a lot YES sometimes it is shorted. But I have noticed other stores are not. I enjoy the friendly interaction with the cashiers. PS it is the staff that makes a business great.

I have lived in Port Perry for 10 years and have never had a bad experience at Vos. The staff is always friendly and engaging. The store is clean and well organized. Produce is fantastic, bread is fresh and meat is great. I especially love when I see Terry and Christine working around the store. Their produce, fish and meat department are fresh with reasonable prices. Lots of various selections from different culture in their aisle to choose from.
