I was shopping at your store on Sunday December 13th and would like to share this positive story of a cashier with you. I cashed out at 1025am in checkout #1, (slip #22600) the cashier was very courteous as they always are there. I took my groceries to my vehicle to load, I had alot so between 5-8 min had passed. Then my cashier came running out with my turnip that had got caught up in the conveyor belt. Great work ethics and she went beyond what was required, -3 and no coat too, thanks.

Great customer service. I returned chicken from another Sobeys in another town and Ptbo Sobeys replace the chicken at no cost for me. The Manager was great and so was T.L. (Im not allowed to mention names apparently) Thank you again and Sobeys is the best.

The very angry comment that has been posted is surely an anomaly. We shop at this Loblaws frequently and find it has a great selection of goods, friendly service, and, yes, easy parking. Its one of my favourite grocery stores.

I know these people personally and they are very honest owners and I know that they will and do treat their employees with respect and honestly. I had the pleasure of having an associate named Heather assist me. I had to return 2 products that were spoiled..I did not have my receipt. I called the 1-800 No Frills help line, and they told me it was at the discretion of the store if I could get it replaced, without additional cost....Heather was exceptional. Great staff and service at Mike and Lori’s No Frills in Brighton. I would like to commend Sean for his outstanding service. I was looking for puff pastry today and there was none. Sean checked and it was on the back but he couldn’t get it until later. I told him I would get it tomorrow. I continued to shop and he found me and brought me the product! What service! In the eating area there is no place to get a glass of water. Since I see you competing with Whole Foods, this is something they have and I do miss whenever I decide to have lunch while Im shopping. My favourite grocery store. They have a wide variety of foods at very competitive prices, but what I appreciate most is the service. There are always lots of people on the floor if you need assistance finding anything, and they always have time for you. Cashing out is always relatively quick as the cash-out counters are well-manned. Clearly the management of this store knows what it’s doing!
