I have had on numerous occasions needed a bit of "extra" help and I must say that the customer service I have experienced at Justin and Stacey's No Frills is nothing short of amazing. I have had the pleasure of dealing with a number of staff--some I can name--Dawn, Melissa and Donna--who have always seemed to go the extra mile in providing wonderful customer service. I recently had a funeral to attend and could not afford the florist prices so went to Metro and made my own arrangement for $50 and it was beautiful! The flowers were fresh and looked lovely and the lady at the counter helped me so nicely! Thank you Metro!

Excellent products at good prices; convenient location and parking. Some reviews say they don't have flyer items, but I've very seldom ever experienced that. Nice size, well laid out and easy to find stuff. Their produce is excellent; maybe because they obviously sell a lot, it doesn't have time to get old. PC Express pickup is efficient and easy; and I usually get everything ordered. Staff are usually pretty good, although they are likely short-staffed as everybody is these days.

Great store. Joe and Val have done a wonderful job. I like that they are carry seasonal Ontario produce. They also have much better (easily openable) plastic bags in the produce department.
