I live in Buckhorn but drive to Ennismore to get groceries because the service is great, they'll even carry out your groceries, they'll order specific foods for you... they're out of the cut of meat you need... they'll cut it for you! Always clean, neat and staff is pleasant. I love the owners, the always say Hi to me and brighten my day whenever I am there!

My favourite grocery store. They have a wide variety of foods at very competitive prices, but what I appreciate most is the service. There are always lots of people on the floor if you need assistance finding anything, and they always have time for you. Cashing out is always relatively quick as the cash-out counters are well-manned. Clearly the management of this store knows what it’s doing!

Great staff and service at Mike and Lori’s No Frills in Brighton. I would like to commend Sean for his outstanding service. I was looking for puff pastry today and there was none. Sean checked and it was on the back but he couldn’t get it until later. I told him I would get it tomorrow. I continued to shop and he found me and brought me the product! What service! We visited on a Wednesday night in early September and should have had reservations. This place is apparently always packed and it's not hard to see why. The food was excellent and the service very good (every one of the wait staff was fully occupied but each one either cleaned away a plate or asked how we were doing as they passed by). Portion sizes were adequate without being overwhelming. The desserts - wow - I *almost* licked my plate! However, my suggestion would be to expand the premises - there were so many people jammed into the small acoustically 'live' space that it was almost impossible to carry on a conversation. Aside from that one detraction I would definitely eat there again but would most definitely make a reservation for one of the outside tables.

This franchise has really improved with the change in ownership. More products, better layout, helpful staff. Still a little pricey compared to the larger box chains but being in a small town you can’t expect much more.

I was shopping at your store on Sunday December 13th and would like to share this positive story of a cashier with you. I cashed out at 1025am in checkout #1, (slip #22600) the cashier was very courteous as they always are there. I took my groceries to my vehicle to load, I had alot so between 5-8 min had passed. Then my cashier came running out with my turnip that had got caught up in the conveyor belt. Great work ethics and she went beyond what was required, -3 and no coat too, thanks.

I stopped in here on a whim. The owners are lovely people, and were very welcoming. Proper COVID 19 safety efforts were in place and the person who helped me was wearing a mask.
