I'm a senior and electronically challenged. I requested assistance and a fine young man became available. He was kind and well informed of his job! He treated me with respect. I love this business! It's my go to place for high protein bakers flour; only place in Winnipeg I have been able to find it. Add to that, its a really well run family business and always a pleasant experience to shop. You order what you want at the front desk (its a wholesaler, open to all) and they go and fetch your order and bring it up to the loading dock for you while you pay.

The customer service department was very polite to me, when I was asking for the prices of Oreo's they had to call me back. My phone then decided to disconnect, therefore leaving me with no service. Once I had my service up again, I recalled, and got the same person to answer the phone. He had responded very politely, and respectfully. 5/5 stars for sure :)
