The bank teller Krysten is absolutely amazing, she was so kind and made me feel very comfortable while being there. She helped me with everything to do with my bank account and went above and beyond. I will definitely only be using the north gate Scotia bank when I need to go in for customer service. She made my experience incredibly amazing.

Very good I closed my account at Scotia Bank after they moved the branch to another location.
Then I had to find my old card which I destroyed and had to find a transfer from amost three years that I made. The lady whom I spoke with was very helpful after asking my security questions she found my transactions. S.B. was very helpful solving my problem and I will open another account with them after my surgery.
