Kevin and his team was very accommodating, prompt and professional. I had a broken Whalen unit in my condo and they were able to replace it with an Omega Heat Pump. Had a problem with my A/C unit and a wireless thermostat. I say had a problem, since Bill was able to trouble shoot the issue over the phone at no cost! I had changed out my old thermostat when it died and replaced it with a wireless thermostat and my A/C wouldn't fire up Called Bill and explained the situation. In February 2022 my furnace stopped working. It definately has been a cold winter. I called T H Oliver as I had been a customer since 2004 when I lived in Aurora. Elise provided such amazing and caring assistance. Someone came out quickly to assess the issue. To make a long story short, they were able to replace my furnace in a short time. Our furnace was over 30 years old and finally had to be replaced. Stan and his employees were so helpful during this time.
