I found the total experience incredible. There had to be about 15 to 18 guys working there and not one standing around doing nothing. Considering it was towards the end of the day the place was very clean with tools all in their place. I really enjoyed watching the show. And yet one of many things stood out, it seemed to me that safety definitely came first in everything they did. They were not only very friendly to the customer but to each other. We had excellent care for a major surgery. The doctor was very thorough and explained the details. As others noted, it can be expensive. However, this is an emergency facility, and does not have the subsidies that human health care does. If you need regular pet care, go to a standard vet, but anything beyond that costs money. Thats the reality of pet health care, and ownership. And why it is generally recommended to purchase pet insurance or save for these emergency situations. Read more
