Being from the Îles-de-la-madeleine, our goal is to make you discover the cuisine in the Madelinôt style. Our dishes are prepared with generous portions of seafood and with ingredients of quality items such as white wine, cream, fish stock and freshly cut herbs. My father had owned a fish shop in the Islands for several years, which made it easy for me to get seafood and ensure quality and freshness. Finally, my passion for cooking was passed on to me and taught by my mother, who was a cook for 20 years in a very famous restaurant in the Islands.
