    If I could give zero, I would! He told me 50$ over the phone, then once on site, he raised the price to 70$, and then again to 80$, and then again to 100$ before starting the job, and all that after seeing all the job to do. After he started, he said it would cost 140$ because it is longer than expected. I could see he was not working half the time. Later, he came back and asked for a towel to wipe his swet (I gave him a small cloth) and bottles of cold water! He left woth my cloth.

I engaged Mark for a free consultation and we followed up with a contract for their removal. Mark is very knowledgeable about trees, their life-cycles and how to save or remove them, if necessary. The removal work was done professionally by Mark and his crew. Upon completion, the crew did a very thorough clean-up. I highly recommend Barn Owl. Read more
