As always I received excellent customer service starting from the staff in the office and James who came out to repair the pipes in our basement. Very knowledgeable and stayed late on a Friday to ensure it got completed.

Yikes today is April 16th 2025, and Wow!! we had Robert (another ROB) over to our home to discuss our options for a new furnace. What a professional, concise, friendly, courteous, sales person. New Furnace
When our 20 y/o furnace died we called several companies. Matt from Affordable Comfort came by and thankfully was not the typical "sales" guy. The quote was the best we had received and Matt offered to try and get the furnace running so we could have heat for the night. Matt was the ONLY tech who offered to do this. He got it running and we booked the next morning. Affordable Comfort will get all our future business. Thanks for going above and beyond with such amazing customer service!
