I had made an appointment for 9 am to have my plugs changed. When I walked into the shop that morning I was not greeted or even acknowledged I waited for 20 minutes and still no one approached me. I finally asked if I should come back. They said they were going to do a brake job on a car that had just come in and wouldn't have time for me Since I was there at the appointed time and to change the plugs was a 45 min job which they quoted me 2 1/2 hrs to do. Done by another shop in 45 min.
