I would give her the zero star if that was possible but unfortunately, 1 star is the minimum. Stay away from this broker! I cannot describe how bad her customer service is. She is making decisions on behalf of client without their consent. She is not prompt at all in responding clients emails or messages. Her unprofessionalism impact the life of clients.
