    The worst customer service I've ever had. buying is so easy, curb pick-up is horrible - Online returns are almost impossible.

    We were helped by Kevin in the summer plant and supplies. He was probably the nicest guy we have ever had the pleasure to deal with. He asked our names, and was just so happy and seemed happy to help. He suggested buying two extra bags of mulch, which we did. Great sales advice. You are lucky to have such a nice employee.
