The UPS Store No 286

Arrived just after store had closed but they still opened doors to take my prepaid parcel. It was in the system the following business day. I appreciated the courtesy. I have mailed several prepaid parcels there with no issues or delays.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Bruce (owner) does not accept packages from UPS. UPS - because of an error in their system - sent my package there. He refused it, and marked it to be sent back. When I called to ask him about the package, I mentioned that UPS has him as a delivery point. He stated "If UPS says I accept packages, they are a bunch of liars". When I pointed out that his own website says he does, he said "Isn't that special?" UPS corporate has been great. Avoid the store!
