The complete experience went excellent. The sales quote experience was great as we received a price that was slightly lower than competition for the same door. Even though it was several years after Windows by Installer had originally installed the windows, they handled the warranty work agreeably and professionally, and thoroughly (including all the metal trim work around the windows), with no additional cost to us. We're quite pleased with how seriously they take customer service!
