some of the employees are great, but some others really spoil the apple and it seems like nothing happens to them I was refused service 2xs 10mins before closing because the employees were “too busy” cleaning; had hard hard time filling complain at first (even with calling center) I have a hearing disability, the last employee was even sarcastic about that; someone else could make a huge deal about it, I just want justice but, again, some other employees working at the same place are amazing
