    Run away as fast as you can. She has no knowledge about the laws and will give you any answer you may need to hear to sign on with her. She has caused many issues for landlord and tenants alike. You may think you���d need her, but a great lawyer who specializes in ltb issues would be more useful. And you���d be better off using a bigger company to vet your new tenants

    Wish I could give ZERO stars. We lost a tenant due to Rachelle's neglect (she didn't show our tenant the parking in the building which proved to be too small for his truck). Rachelle's contract states that if a tenant breaks their lease early, she is responsible to find a replacement tenant free of charge, but Rachelle has refused to respond to our many emails to address this issue. Very unprofessional. Big big mistake.

    Dear Cole, We didn't lose the tenant. 1-You don't own a parking space, you rented it from a tenant in the building 2-Your building uses elevators for parking 3-I found you an excellent tenant in a few days and convinced him to stay on after we found out that the tenant who was renting you the spot wanted more money, and that his truck didn't fit. 4-The tenant is leaving after 10 months in March (after winter) 5-Our guarantee is prorated after the first 6 months, we told you we would honor it.
