This number is not in service. Repairs take months if at all. Infested with mice, roaches and bedbugs; the office simply blames the tenants and will not take any action. Windows have holes from rocks or bullets - hallways and stairwells are dark from either not being turned on or from not replacing burned out bulbs. No cleaning maintenance in common areas. Paint peels off of all walls and plumbing fixtures: yes, decades ago the tubs were painted. Basically,it appears totally neglected.
