    Had my roof done in 2016 by this company. It’s 2020 and I have 2 leaks. When I called them they only guarantee work for a year. Had an inspection done and my roof was done completely wrong. I have a whole list of things that are done wrong. I now have to pay to have another new roof installed.

    We recently had new windows, replacement sealed units, and a new garden door installed by Urban. We also had them adjust an existing door that was previously incorrectly installed by someone else. The quality of products installed & the calibre of workmanship was thoroughly impressive. They even went above-&-beyond when adjusting the existing door. Their sales person was earnest & not overbearing and their installation crew was friendly & courteous. Read more
