    I went to this br...

    I went to this branch and had a horrible customer experience!! I called to booked an appointment and they told me they only have a 9:30 PM appointments for both that day and the day after! I finally agreed and changed my schedule to make it there at 9:30 PM! They called me at 9:00 PM and asked me if I would like to reschedule! I said NO! and they said well we can't make it to 9:00 PM appointment. Be glad CRA extended tax season! I told them that I am traveling abroad and that not my business! They said sorry there is nothing we can do but we can schedule you for tomorrow at 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM, and 2:30 PM! All of a sudden they had spots empty!! Clearly they were holding their prime times for others who absolutely can't make it late! I went there and I was stood up 45 minutes! As if they are my customers ... Please don't go to this branch!
