Stay away from this company for u and your family

the police is a disability insurance. At the time of signing the contract the agent told me that the company issues the benefit within 1 week. I had an accident at work and that caused the back injury on June 16, 2010. They haven't issued any benefit yet until now. That is more than 7month now. I have been calling them requesting the reason of the delay many times. Everytime they just say that they haven't had enough information from all the hospital I have been previously before I signed up the policy with them. I asked how long that would be for them to collect them but what they said to me was they did not know. I asked the maximum time limit that I had to wait but they just kept saying that they did not know and there was not any maximum wating time set or regulated for client. The reason that I got the contract was to support my financial sittuation during the time like this but I haven't seen any pennies from them and they just sent a letter saying that they are still wating for some more information and they want me to sign a paper so they can get more information from more places. Stay away from this company.
