Terrible experien...
Terrible experience, not a recommended forwarder and logistics company They made a simple mistake in their documentation and it costed us time and money. Moreover, instructions in retrieval of goods provided were also wrong and it was up to us to do the research and find out the correct address. Iy is a basic expectation to be meticulous in providing thre details. For what you pay, service is terrible. Never really owed up to it, pointed to their "partners" as the party who made the error, and wanted us to accept a simple apology for the mistake.
