    In response to Kschmidt's review of my business- At no time was any staff rude to this customer, even though the customer was disrespectful from the time she walked into the store. Exeter Flowers has proudly been serving the community for almost 50 yrs, rudeness is not part of our etiquette. There was a mistake made on the delivery date, which we discovered from her email messages which we responded to. This mistake was then rectified with another beautiful hand made arrangement created and delivered at no extra cost to the customer. It is unfortunate that this customer chose to write this review before we had a chance to respond to her requests.

    Awesome new website full of their original designs

    Congratulations to Exeter Flowers on the launch of their new website and the new point of sale system in store. The website is a portfolio and active store loaded with their original creations. Shop direct, avoid a wire service like FTD where the florist who creates the arrangement only get a percentage of the profit! Support your local florist!
