Mareka Property Management Inc

Mareka manages the Waterford Condo in Sauga that I used to live in. Honestly, I have been a tenant in a few condos and by FAR, I have never dealt with a more reliable company. They respond to requests in a timely manner which is more than I can say for alot of companies. I spoke to Mary, the property manager and she was super polite. Mareka also manages properties in Toronto, Etobicoke and other GTA areas so if you have them as your PM, you are good!
