I brought my F150 in for warranty work as the dealer closest to me did not want to submit a work order as I had not purchased my truck there. Embrun Ford on the other hand believed what I had to say and rectified the warranty issue immediately. Service and parts personnel were very friendly and helpful. This impressed us greatly and we came back to Embrun Ford to purchase our Escape. Although the commute is farther for us we still want all of our work completed here.
