Unbelievably poor service, indifferent attitude

Went in for e-test, agent (who is an owner) said car was in "not ready" status, charged for full amount, even though nothing was done, told if I come back when car was "ready" that it would be an extra $20. so, the $40 e-test will actually be $60. He doesn't know how or when it will be in "ready" status, just gave me a paphlet to read. Unimpressed!!

Great Service & Great Price

I'm not a car guy at all, but I was impressed with the knowledge that Tim had about tires. He made the recommendations that I need for my car. He had them in stock. installed them and out I went on the road. Most important the price was good ! I would recommend that you give them a call.
