    Accidentally gave...

    Accidentally gave us dirty linens for our occasion. Did not call back when we called them. They admitted they made a mistake, but did not even offer a refund - just a future small credit. Not particularly responsive by phone in general. Was not always clear in answering email questions. I'd recommend you not roll the dice with Got U Covered in Concord
