One has to go through his girlfriend who has attitude, is unprofessional and can’t add. I had my car towed there (first experience with them)....one week later and over $800 paid to them, I broke down in Toronto with a baby in my car on day 2 of driving my “fixed” vehicle. I called them before closing.....did not answer nor return my call...I gave them 24 hours to respond and they never did. Had my car fixed someplace else....$228 later to fix what they didn’t do properly

I have been dealing with bnc for a long time now and the service, quality of work, price and overall satisfaction could not be better. The staff has been very friendly and helpful every step of the way with any vehicle I have taken them. I will NOT take my vehicle anywhere else. They have accommodated to my busy work schedule and always went above and beyond to get my company trucks back on the road again. I would reccomend them to anyone.

Never again

This place has horrible customer service attitude unless your local and have been going there for years. I do not recommend this place to anyone who doesn't know them personally. Although they will get the job the over all experience was terrible I will never bring my vechile there again.
