Terrible experience. My car was towed. On Saturday, I went to their location to get it back.The employee refused to release my car. He told me I only can get it on Monday and no extra charges will apply.I called their number and I was told that I can get my car on Monday plus charges of $60 per day till Monday. I am in process in filing court claim. Stay away from this company and I will make sure the company who hired them will not use them again
This company left me sitting and waiting for much longer then they said. I have TD auto club and they were told this company would come out with 75mins. After 90 mins we call and are told another 15-20 mins. Another 30 mins and we call back again. Told 5 mins. Just around the corner. That was 20 mins ago and I am still waiting.
I will be telling TD to never deal with this company again. You can not treat customers like by lying to them. That is not customer service at all.
