    Impossible to reach this branch by phone. You get directed to a voicemail that states that this mailbox is not regularly monitored. Terrible!

    Just signed up for an account. Got my direct deposit slip for payroll and submitted it. Went to check to ensure it was deposited and apparently my account is now closed. So I am without a pay cheque and no one in support can help me. Super frustrated. Will be actually closing this account after I speak to the branch tomorrow. Thus is terrible service
