We got a quote in May for soffit and fascia replacement and we accepted. They said they would call in the next couple of weeks with an install date. Long story short, no contact whatsoever even after leaving repeated messages.
I understand businesses are overwhelmed with renovations because of COVID, but really, if you can’t do a job, don’t say you’ll take it on. Very poor customer service. Don’t waste your time.
