Mediservice was founded in 1984 by Dr. Robert Perlman, BSc, MDCM, CCFP, FCFP, AME, our Clinic Director. Dr. Perlman holds degrees in Psychology and Medicine from McGill University, and is certified in Family Medicine (1981-McGill) and Aviation Medicine (2000-King's College, London, UK).
