Doctors are great but support staff is sometimes lacking. Intake clerk seemed bored with her job and had no peoples skills. Not a good first impression! Nurse didn’t recognize my (very common) medication and didn’t know how to spell it. Excuse me? My daughter , nurse in Australia , laughing out loud. There must be others happy to have this job?
Been a client of Glover Medical Langley almost 30 years. We raised our family with this clinic. From caring and considerate staff to some of the best doctors anywhere, our experiences have always been excellent. Wait times at any clinic is a bother but if you arrive in person and register, if busy they give an idea of how long a wait. You can go do errands. Notify them when back and wait time is insignificant because you never really sat around waiting. From our family to GM clinic, thank you.
I have been coming to this clinic for almost 2 decades but only out of convenience. Many of the nurses and doctors are more focused on getting through their patient count rather than actually helping. Triage nurse on my last visit was very rude and didn't even know a common ailment regardless of how many times I explained what it was. Out of my many visits to this clinic, I have been misdiagnosed many times and have found that few take the initiative to find the root of any problem.
This is the clinic I go to when I can't see my doctor for my biweekly injection. I received it there several times, and Dr. Riz Somani became apparently concerned with liability issues and asked me to bring in documentation from my specialist and family doctor before continuing. I brought in 5 pages of tests from every bodily fluid showing that I needed the injections and had been getting my regular blood tests. When I gave it to him, he asked me not to return for treatment anyway.
Terrible ! The receptionist is miserable, the nurses do not know what they are doing and clearly these doctors need to go back to school for this the SECOND time I have been misdiagnosed and not properly treated. Never again will I go back to this office.
we acknowledge your expressed concerns. You can be assured that we strive all all times to provide the best care in a very busy environment. Your feedback will be passed on to our staff and physicians.
