I had an urgent rush delivery to the states and just missed the truck for the overnight delivery. Nahid and Sam went over and above great service. They were amazing. They helped with packaging and writing out all the details and very kindly tracked down the UPS truck so it would get to the states overnight. Amazing service. Thank you, thank you! Heather

I've been a customer of the UPS store on Oak Bay Avenue for almost 3 years now. All of the staff there are absolutely awesome and have taken care of everything I've needed. I started with a small business mailbox and have utilized their copy/print, mailing, and packing services. Prices are great. They find the best price for the service I need and everything is done with a smile!
