    I returned to this business to settle an outstanding bill after a miscommunication (and lack of quote or any detailed information on what needed to be fixed in my car) from the technicians today. The owner, Mike, was outrageously rude and condescending to me. I've never felt so insulted at a mechanic shop before. Avoid this business at all costs; there are plenty of superior alternatives in the area where you will be treated like a human being.

    I was referred by two mechanics and the service manager at Canadian tire to go to bull frog. They were spot on with the diagnosis of the problem, the fixed my rear diff (new seals and bearings) did a full test run, checked all my fuses and electrical connections, and told me that my E-Lockers actuator had seized. If it hadn't been for bull frog and their amazing tech jason I wouldn't have known. All this for half the cost of what everyone else was quoting me. I highly recommend bullfrog. Read more

    This business and the staff are top notch. I've gone in prematurely a couple times now to get an oil change, and they have sent me home, refusing to take my money until it was absolutely necessary. When I have been there for service, they're friendly, thorough and knowledgeable.. Thanks to manager Ron for today's service, and careful explanation about some additional care for my Bronco. These guys operate with honesty and integrity, and I'll be back every time I'm in need of service! Read more

    West shore transmission built me a bad transmission and would not fix the problem. I took it to Carl and Jason at sooke centre auto they found broken,damaged and used parts in my trans. They went over and above to get it done with a 3 week booked schedule. Got it done in 3 days and it is an awesome trans. Thanks for the service. Read more
