Nakul was our realtor for purchase and sale of property in Feb 2022. We had the WORST possible experience ever in life. NEVER going to recommend him to anyone in our circle and even outside of it. We wish we could have stuck to our previous realtors. Our two months with him felt like a punishment for no crime of ours. If you are stuck with him, please dont get into flipping deals he would recommend and pressurise you into. Read each line of documents carefully and DONT TRUST HIM AT ALL!
