It is always pleasure to deal with Aaron, Pat, and all of the people at Sorrento Tire Craft. Every time I bring my trucks in for service (tires, oil changes, no starts, etc.) they always get me up and running. I have always had great service and value from these guys and always feel like a valued customer/client. I recommend these guys to everyone I can as they do a great job and stand behind their work. I just had some serious safety issues with my old kia soul dealt with by the experts at Tirecraft Sorento. Their communication and follow up resulted in the work being done in a timely manner with a reasonable cost. I'm very satisfied with both service and price. A mistake was made on my appointment time. They would not even consider that it was their mistake. I was intimidated by two large male staff and verbally attacked. Basically they said I was a liar. I will never set foot in a Tirecraft again.
