20 years of having vehicles serviced and this is by far the poorest service ever! Greeted fine and asked for what service. Then after that, nothing what is promised was delivered. Their so called 20 point inspection - at least 4 items were not ever looked at despite being marked as checked and OK. NO lights checked, NO wipers checked, NO tire checks, NO belts/hoses checked. NO battery check. Very likely no CV boot, shocks/exhaust. Worst of all, I am extremely skeptical whether the oil filter
