My glasses were bought from this location and everything said and done I paid 500$. And that came with a no questions asked warranty for frame repairs. After an incident with them not sitting right I brought them in for a repair. The staff repaired it and I went on my way. Now the lenses won’t stay in and the frames are sitting even worse. I go back in and explain what happened and they tell me I sat on my glasses and I stripped a screw after they were repaired. Absolutely incompetent employees.
