BCAA Langley Service Location

This morning in the Michael's parking lot in Langley, I encountered a young woman and baby, crying in the car, trying to deal with keys that had been locked in the trunk. There was no way to get in. I walked over to the BCAA office nearby and asked for help, and they were VERY concerned and helpful. I used my BCAA card to call and the woman also reached someone who was coming to help but two BCAA women staffers came over to make sure everything was working out. FANTASTIC service IMO!

Mike is best of best road assistance in BCAA. My wife car is not working in a parking lot. The car did not recognize car key starter. We didn’t know what’s problem because The car was serviced two weeks ago. We tried change car key battery and something we know. However it take 1 hours waste time. Finally we called BCAA road service assistant. BCAA service representative is very kindness and fast processing. Finally Mike came to us checked everything immediately. FIX problem. Thanks Mike.

Customer service is above anything I encounter anywhere.Been with this branch for many years,and they are regard as part of my family.Especially agent Kushi.Thank you all do much for all your help.
