    Gave these guys my taxes early so they would have lots of time.. I phoned to check a week before the deadline and they acted all surprised and started scrambling around to find my paperwork. They totally forgot me..They obviously hurried through my return and ignored new interest numbers I supplied them on paper for 2018 this is the 5th year Ive dealt with these guys they never offer any advice or guidance.. Also the workload for my returns has gone way down yet they charge me the same or more
