Poor customer service. Needed a filter replaced. Had to prepay over $2,000. Promised to come by a certain day, thought it was going to be completed that day. It wasn’t. Took another week. No communication. Then invoice states removal of filter. Not the case. Owner said removal of filter in the pool room. Well, that’s a given as there’s not enough room for 2 filters they are big. Now we’re stuck removing a large filter and 6 bags of old sand. Again, no mention of this. Now not taking my calls.
