Burgers were to thin and tastes like cardboard and the gravy is nasty.

I don’t know if there has been a change of ownership somewhat recently but your new special sauce is a disappointing combination of relish and ketchup. You’ve also started using Kraft singles for your cheddar cheese. Fortunately you still make your burgers to order so at least the patty was fresh which was good. This place used to be so much better though.
