Found the lady here to be rude, with an attitude - condescending, disrespectful, had a simple question after the fact, treated like a complete idiot, got head bitten off with very snitty sarcasm & remarks, then hangs up. Quite shocking. Also was charged more than phone quote for a basic return. Just paid it and didnt say anything but then was treated so poorly again after the fact, the combination of it all, very unprofessional.
