Hired new garage pad and driveway. Garage pad forms required fix 3 times before pour due to measurement errors. Final pad not square(side walls measured 2311 & 241). Floor has pooling, door opening wrong. Discussed dissatisfaction, they offered refund for prepaid and incomplete driveway. We had been offered 10% discount when prepaid. Refund amount less than what paid. Contractor rescinded 10% discount & increased cost of garage pad (no notice cost change outlined in contract.) No refund yet
