Pet Pad Lloydminster

Was not told their pet food loyalty program expires collected bags towards the free bags after a couple years. No wonder why I never reach the 12 it takes for a free bag. She showed me my collected list and the screen was red with bags that I bought but credit towards my 12 bags to get a free one expired due to being a couple years old. I’ll be ordering all my pet supplies online from now on. Would not recommend this store for your pet needs.

Best place Ive ever gone to. Kenneled my dog and got incredible service. Our plane was delayed and they were very helpful and understanding and caring with the situation and I will definitely bring my dog back there again next time!! Always compassionate and cares for the pets first!

Very helpful with my dogs food. Good selection of raw food. We are luck to have such a good group in Lloydmister.

The customer service is terrible. The kids are ignorant and lazy. The fish tanks are horrific with some kind of black mold infesting them. There’s always dead fish in the tanks. The fish aren’t looked after at all. Dead fish left in tanks makes fish sick. All but 2 fish Ive gotten from there has died. The employees know nothing about how to handle the fish. They offer no advice about any fish you get (the owner does). Takes forever to get help. But they do have a pretty neat fish selection. :-p

So much knowledge on aquatic life. Simply a pleasure going there knowing I’ll get the best advice and also great opinions.

Loved it! Me and my college roommate decided to get a couple fish. We had zero fish experience. The man who helped us was very informative. He was able to answer all of our questions and provided us with good advice. Will definitely be back!

Very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to dog food. Sometimes there’s a bit of a wait for help if it’s busy, but very friendly and helpful. Easy exchange when my dog didn’t like the food we bought. No problems.

We booked our dog in to be groomed at 11:30 and at 2:30 all they did was bath the dog! She is a small dog and should not have taken 3 hours to groom her! They said it is because they booked two big dogs in and the guy there said they shouldn't have booked that many in!!! Never again will I give Pet pad Lloydminster my money very unprofessional! If I could have given this business a negative rating I would!
